The Breeders Open 4D is a brand-new opportunity designed for competitors who have non-Ruby Buckle horses or don't currently own a Ruby Buckle nominated horse but want a way to be part of the Ruby Buckle experience right now, while taking a step toward the future of the program.
This is a separate open race held in conjunction at our Ruby Buckle West & East races. The race is open to any horse not already entered in the Ruby Buckle races. To be eligible, the owner or rider must have a signed 2026 breeding contract to a current Ruby Buckle Stallion. This creates a unique pathway for riders to compete this year while actively investing in Ruby Buckle’s breeding program moving forward.
