LIMITED YOUTH INCENTIVE SIDEPOT eligibility based on rider/must enter 5D Open

Youth Incentive is for youth who are 16 & under at time of race and is limited to riders who's earnings are under $100K fro the last 3 years. Proof of age & earnings must be provided at the time of entry. An Equi-stat report must be submitted within 2 weeks of entering and verify rider's earnings are under $100K for the last 3 years. aThey will run in our youth section or their time will carry over from derby/futurity/open section 1. (No extra fee)

There will be two go-rounds and an average. Total times of the 2 rounds will determine the winners.
